Technical Lead

About the role

Maintech is seeking a Technical Lead to provide OEM‑grade technical leadership for mission‑critical server and storage environments across the region. You will operate at the level of Dell, Lenovo and HPE engineering standards, acting as the final escalation point for complex incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the L3 escalation lead for server and storage incidents worldwide.
• Define incident‑resolution strategies, lead root‑cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Dell, Lenovo and HPE server platforms and enterprise SAN/NAS/RAID storage systems.
• Provide deep technical guidance on hardware failures, performance degradation, RAID, controller and firmware issues, and complex diagnostic scenarios.
• Deliver real‑time technical direction to onsite engineers and global L1/L2 teams, advising on break‑fix strategies, FRU replacements and corrective actions under critical conditions.
• Ensure consistent technical quality and standards across all regions.

Required profile

• Current experience in Dell, HPE or Lenovo server/storage support (CE, TSR, Escalation or Data‑Center Engineer).
• Proven ability to act as an L3 escalation point and resolve high‑complexity hardware issues.
• Strong track record of leading root‑cause analyses and driving corrective actions.
• Experience guiding global L1/L2 support teams and maintaining technical standards.
