Technical Manager (Cloud)

About the role

ALTROCKS TECH is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of cloud architectures on AWS and Azure. You will ensure that cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise technology strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures across AWS and Azure, covering both Day 1 (deployment, configuration, migration) and Day 2 (operations, monitoring, optimization) activities.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code artefacts using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Apply best practices in cloud security, cost optimisation, and resilience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, agile, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise‑grade cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for cloud infrastructure tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and operations.
• Proven track record delivering cloud solutions for enterprise or government clients in Singapore.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
