Technical Officer (Site Supervision)

About the role

The Technical Officer will supervise architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuring that all activities meet the required codes, specifications and project timelines. This onsite role reports to multiple consultants and qualified persons, supporting both building and landscape projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and M&E works at project sites.
• Oversee non‑structural works in PPVC and/or PBU fit‑out yards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, specifications, and site requirements.
• Report progress and issues to the Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant, and respective Qualified Persons (Arch/C&S/M&E).

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology) or equivalent ITE certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising building projects.
• Completion of MOM‑accredited safety courses with ongoing annual safety training.
• For landscape deployment, a WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or an HDB‑approved equivalent.
