Technical Project Manager – Gaming Review Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end review operations for Instant Games in Singapore. The role ensures the reliability, efficiency and scalability of review pipelines, handling developer issue triage and maintaining operational health at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full review lifecycle for Instant Games, including quality, app and policy reviews and triage of developer‑reported issues.
• Define, monitor and report on SLAs, quality benchmarks and throughput metrics across all pipelines.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements and automate workflows to shorten cycle times, including training AI systems.
• Partner with Policy, Trust & Safety, Quality Engineering and Product teams to align standards and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, escalation paths and decision frameworks.
• Lead incident response, conduct root‑cause analysis for pipeline disruptions and ensure remediation to closure.
• Build reporting dashboards to surface health, trends and performance for leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in operations coordination, QA management, program management or developer support.
• Proven ability to manage queues, track SLAs and coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication for developer‑facing notes, rejection feedback and status updates.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
