Technical Recruitment Lead

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Recruitment Lead to shape and drive our talent acquisition strategy for engineering and product teams across global markets. Based in Singapore, you will lead a high‑performing team of recruiters and partner closely with engineering and product leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and product roles such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, and Product Management.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of technical recruiters, guiding sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define role specifications, hiring scorecards and interview frameworks.
• Own the full offer process, including salary benchmarking, compensation structuring and coordination with C&B and HR.
• Drive data‑driven recruitment practices by analysing funnel metrics, time‑to‑hire and pipeline health to refine hiring strategy.
• Design and maintain recruitment SOPs and evaluation rubrics to ensure consistent hiring quality.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to gather competitive intelligence and identify emerging talent pools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record hiring senior technical and product professionals in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong understanding of global compensation structures and multi‑region offer management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale recruitment processes and metrics reporting.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
