Technical Service Technician – ACMV & Chiller Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for motivated Technicians to join our Technical Service team, responsible for the upkeep of air‑conditioning, mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, chillers and related electrical controls. The role involves responding to customer enquiries, providing timely support and ensuring reliable operation of HVAC equipment across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of ACMV systems and chillers.
• Handle daily operational tasks, including responding to customer enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown support for electrical control systems.
• Assist in preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document service activities and maintain records of work performed.

Required profile

• Recognised technical certificate in Air‑conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Technology or equivalent.
• WSQ qualifications are welcomed.
• Strong technical knowledge of chillers and ACMV equipment.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer‑centric skills.
• Only Singaporean citizens may apply.
• Open to candidates without prior experience who are eager to develop a career in technical services.
