Technical Solution Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Advanced Solution Center (ASC) is a hub of expertise within its Complete Care support offering, focused on restoring business operations quickly for enterprise customers. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end resolution of complex, high-impact issues, working remotely as a trusted technical expert. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose complex customer incidents through deep log analysis and turn them into swift, effective resolutions.
• Understand each customer's IT and business landscape so solutions match their operational goals.
• Provide technical leadership across incident analysis, management and root cause investigations.
• Communicate recovery plans, build confidence in identified root causes and design action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Focus on customer experience and meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with engineers, field specialists, management and third-party partners to resolve issues faster.
• Partner with account teams on proactive initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HPE product lines.
• Hands-on expertise with HPE storage arrays (3PAR, Primera, MSA, Brocade SAN, StoreOnce, Alletra/Nimble).
• Foundation in HPE enterprise compute (ProLiant and Synergy servers).
• Exposure to virtualization and open technologies such as Broadcom vSphere, Linux and Microsoft platforms.
• Added advantage: proven collaboration and communication with internal and external customers, strong troubleshooting in heterogeneous environments, and ability to lead complex problems.
