About the role

Micron is hiring a Technician for its F10 manufacturing production team. You will join a manufacturing team focused on improving machine utilisation and quality output, supporting production efficiency and equipment availability.

Key responsibilities

Analyze machine utilization and improve and ensure quality output
Maintain overall production efficiency of assigned workstations
Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly to support a safe work environment
Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements

Required profile

A relevant diploma in engineering or equivalent working experience
Self-motivated, results-oriented and looking for growth
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working; applying digital tools, dashboards, automation solutions and AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot is advantageous
