Technician – Facility Maintenance (Full‑Time)

About the role

Cove is looking for a hands‑on Technician to join its Singapore office and ensure the smooth operation of its hotel‑style coliving properties. You will be responsible for maintaining all building systems, responding to guest‑related issues, and supporting renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations such as water leaks, power outages, or equipment failures.
• Monitor and adjust building management systems (BMS), including lighting, security, and fire‑protection controls.
• Assist with room renovations, installations, and minor construction tasks such as carpentry and painting.
• Document all maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and hotel policies.

Required profile
