Technician – Wafer Fabrication (F10 PEE ODT)

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Technician to support process and R&D engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves setting up and maintaining equipment, conducting experiments, and collaborating with engineering teams to drive yield improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical tests and experiments for process and R&D engineering in wafer fabrication.
• Set up semiconductor processing equipment to strict specifications and monitor performance.
• Mentor line operators, audit processes, and ensure world‑class results.
• Process test runs, generate detailed records, charts, and graphs for engineering review.
• Track, preserve, and refine equipment through basic troubleshooting and SPC analysis.
• Assist with tool installation, relocation, upgrades, and TPM/6S activities.
• Document maintenance activities on check sheets and review procedures regularly.

Required profile

• Diploma in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
