Technologist - F10 Manufacturing Shift Production

About the role

Micron is hiring a Technologist for its F10 manufacturing shift production team at Fab 10N/X. As part of the manufacturing team, you will support production efficiency, machine utilization and quality output, and work alongside equipment engineers to keep equipment available.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze machine utilization and improve and ensure quality output
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly to support a safe work environment
• Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness, in line with organizational standards and legal requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within your scope of work

Required profile

• A relevant diploma in engineering or equivalent working experience
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and looking for growth
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
