Technologist - QEM Quality Management System (QMS)

About the role

Micron is hiring a Technologist for its QEM Quality Management System (QMS) team. The role supports the quality management system by setting up and maintaining systems, complying with standards and SOPs, and helping prepare audits and customer visits.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot systems to support QMS operational requests
• Comply with business processes, standards and SOPs
• Work with end users to clarify and execute setup requirements
• Show meticulous attention to detail in all executions
• Perform troubleshooting for reported issues
• Assist in assigned improvement projects
• Manage audit and customer visit preparations

Required profile

• Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics or a related science field, or an equivalent
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, with strong time management, organisation and prioritisation
• Team player who is self-motivated, dependable and able to work with minimal direction

Required skills

• Programming skills such as Python, R and SQL are preferred
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI and Power Automate is advantageous
