Technology Application Development Analyst (2027 Cohort)

About the role

Citi's 2-year Full Time Technology Analyst Program starts in July and is aimed at recent graduates who want to build a broad skillset and accelerate their career in technology. The program is rotational, giving exposure to more than one team, and places you in an agile software development environment building quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop code based on business requirements, consistent with quality standards, and support testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• Use the right tools to test and debug code and take part in peer code reviews.
• Join a cohort of new hires for shared training on the company, tools, processes and technical skills.
• Depending on team, work in back-end (Java, Python, Spring Framework), front-end (React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, Swift, Kotlin), generative AI and AI agents, or data analytics (Splunk, Tableau, Adobe Analytics).

Required profile

• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems or another tech-related field; GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Proactive problem solver who uses generative AI to solve complex business problems.
• Global outlook, collaboration across cultures and time zones, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises; prior agile team experience desirable.
• Work authorization in Singapore without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
