About the role
AIA is looking for a Telemarketing Analyst to drive sales of its financial products through outbound call centre activities. You will work with partner‑provided leads, understand customer needs and help them choose suitable solutions, contributing to the company’s growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound telemarketing calls to leads supplied by partners and achieve defined sales targets.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate AIA products and services.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all call activities follow internal quality standards and external regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum O Level qualification or higher.
- 2–5 years of outbound call‑centre or telemarketing/telesales experience in the financial industry.
- Optional certifications such as BCP, PGI, or HI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
