About the role
The Customer Service Officer cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls and providing front‑desk support. This role combines telephone‑based customer service with reception duties, ensuring a seamless experience for callers and visitors alike.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming calls on the customer service hotline.
- Direct calls to appropriate internal staff and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide quality support via phone or email, addressing queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to close all service tickets and complaints.
- Escalate complex issues promptly to senior staff.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as assigned, including reception tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
