Temporary EPC Attorney

About the role
Gibson Arnold & Associates is looking for a temporary attorney to support an international engineering and professional services company. The role focuses on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts within the mining, energy and resources sectors. Candidates must be based in Singapore and hold a valid practising licence.
Key responsibilities
- Review, redline, negotiate and draft a wide range of EPC‑related contracts.
- Provide legal advice on contractual risk, compliance and performance issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date contract registers and documentation.
- Support ad‑hoc legal matters related to EPC projects as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience handling EPC contracts in mining, energy or resources.
- Qualified lawyer, licensed to practice in Singapore.
- Currently residing in Singapore.
- Ability to work flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week.
