Temporary Patient Service Associate – Queenstown

About the role

This temporary position supports hospital bed and ambulance management in Queenstown. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow and timely ambulance transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bed assignments, monitor capacity, and activate bed‑tight measures when needed.
• Generate and share utilization reports for beds and ambulance services.
• Arrange ambulance transfers, liaise with vendors, and record all movements for analysis.
• Activate the Emergency Response Team for life‑threatening situations and participate in Code Blue drills.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email or fax, and ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills for interaction with wards, emergency departments and external institutions.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in using hospital information systems for bed and ambulance tracking.

What we offer

• Hourly rate up to SGD 15.
• Fixed‑term contract from September 2026 to January 2027.
