About the role

Join a dynamic aviation maintenance team as a Trainee Aircraft Technician. This permanent position offers full on‑the‑job training and classroom instruction, allowing you to develop practical skills while earning a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Install and route electrical harnesses according to technical manuals.
• Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams to troubleshoot simple issues.
• Use electrical measuring equipment for testing and verification.
• Perform structural bonding of precured composite assemblies.
• Drill composite structures and carry out other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Passionate about aviation maintenance and eager to learn.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Possess Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
