Training Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Training Executive to coordinate and support the delivery of our training programmes, both on‑site and virtually. The role ensures smooth operations, from scheduling to documentation, enabling high‑quality learning experiences for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of training programmes, managing both onsite and virtual sessions.
• Maintain training schedules, track participant attendance, and administer classroom or online sessions.
• Liaise with clients, trainers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless training operations.
• Arrange training venues, handle logistical requirements and process participant registrations.
• Set up and manage sessions across various online platforms and internal systems.
• Prepare training materials, maintain learning resources and ensure documentation complies with guidelines and audit requirements.
• Provide post‑training administrative support, including reporting and ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Education.
• At least 2 years of experience in training operations, programme coordination or a related role.
