Training & Learning Expert

About the role

You will design and deliver learning solutions that enable employees to work safely and confidently. Working closely with site leaders, subject‑matter experts and global learning teams, you will ensure training is practical, compliant and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and deliver role‑based curricula and compliance training in partnership with SMEs.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and keep training records accurate and audit‑ready.
• Schedule training sessions, coordinate logistics and manage relationships with internal and external providers.
• Create clear, practical learning materials for classroom, virtual and blended delivery.
• Track learning metrics, evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements to programs.
• Lead small projects to simplify processes, improve learner experience and support regulatory readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in learning and development, human resources, education, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in training or learning administration, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Hands‑on experience with a Learning Management System and training record management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
