Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's Tax Global Structuring practice in Singapore advises clients on complex cross-border and transactional tax matters, including transfer pricing. The Transfer Pricing team works within the Global Structuring team and uses OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines to help clients plan policies, document arrangements and resolve disputes. As a Transfer Pricing Manager or Senior Manager, you will manage client engagements and lead a team of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their business model and plan their transfer pricing policies
• Carry out functional analysis interviews, benchmarking studies and analysis for transfer pricing documentation
• Propose planning opportunities based on OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines
• Coordinate with regional and global PwC firms on client issues
• Manage projects related to transfer pricing audits and support the team on MAP and APAC projects
• Act as Transfer Pricing Lead on cross-border value chain transformation projects
• Manage and develop a team of professionals delivering high-quality services to clients

Required profile

• Recognised degree and/or postgraduate or professional qualification in accounting, tax, business, economics or law
• 5-7 years of transfer pricing experience (minimum 8 years for Senior Manager), preferably in the Asia-Pacific region
• SCTP accreditation is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills, team player and keen learner
