Transport & Customs Coordinator, APAC

About the role

L-Acoustics is seeking a proactive Transport & Customs Coordinator for the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing import‑export activities, optimizing transportation plans, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations while supporting our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export initiatives, including planning, automation, and optimization.
• Standardize operational procedures in partnership with operations and technology teams.
• Manage customs formalities for shipments, verify invoices and documentation.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable transportation plan aligned with sales, operational goals, and customer needs.
• Implement cost‑reduction strategies while maintaining safety and service quality.
• Monitor transportation performance, KPIs, routing, scheduling, on‑time delivery, freight costs, and carbon footprint.
• Educate stakeholders on market conditions, identify gaps, and propose efficiency solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation coordination or a related logistics role.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations, fleet management, and logistics software/tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities; able to work under pressure.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in English.
