Travel Concierge Assistant (Seasonal Sep–Feb 2027)

About the role

Join UOB Travel Planners as a Travel Concierge Assistant for a seasonal period from September to February 2027. You will provide personalized travel assistance to high‑value clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and premium service requests both in‑person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general travel inquiries, email requests on hotel pricing and availability, and walk‑in client interactions.
• Introduce and explain luxury travel programmes, promoting benefits to premium customers.
• Manage fast‑track upgrades for Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) Discovery members.
• Maintain client information in Excel tracking sheets and send personalized sign‑up templates.
• Support group travel logistics: prepare proposals, verify name lists, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Create detailed itineraries tailored to high‑value clients.
• Coordinate luxury shopping experiences at destinations such as Printemps (France) and Bicester Village (UK).
• Prepare flight quotations using New Distribution Capability (NDC) platforms.
• Represent the organisation at travel fairs and promotional events.
• Assist clients with visa applications, liaising with embassies and tracking status.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on premium clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience using New Distribution Capability (NDC) platforms for flight quotation.
