About the role
The Travel Specialist is responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, delivering high‑quality service to clients, and managing all aspects of tour operations in line with company SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from all sources and aim to clinch bookings.
- Provide post‑booking service to ensure client satisfaction according to SOPs.
- Manage tour operations, supporting finance and statistical analysis.
- Follow up with clients after their tours to collect feedback and relay it to the product team.
- Assist with marketing activities as needed.
Required profile
- Experience in a travel agency is preferred.
- Passion for travel and solid travel knowledge.
- Sales‑oriented mindset.
- Strong people and service skills.
- Team spirit.
