UI/UX Designer – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Activate Interactive is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join its Co-Development Business Unit on a 1‑year contract. You will shape end‑to‑end user experiences for mobile and web applications that create positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design and prototype end‑to‑end user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate designs into functional products.
• Develop and maintain UX processes, guidelines, branding and style guides.
• Conduct product inception sessions, user empathy studies, focus groups and usability testing.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.

Required profile

• Degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/Interaction Designer with a strong online portfolio.
• Proven experience planning and conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
• Deep understanding of mobile‑first and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and problem‑solving abilities.
