Vice President – Architecture Studio Lead

About the role

The Vice President will lead the Architecture studio, overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, design excellence, and business development. This senior position carries full P&L responsibility and strategic oversight of multiple concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural design teams and provide technical leadership on design and administrative matters.
• Develop and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and tender documents.
• Lead business development activities, targeting specific markets, clients, and project opportunities.
• Negotiate design requirements with contractors and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Oversee on‑site progress, resolve design‑related issues, and ensure projects are built to design intent.
• Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to meet project standards.
• Act as Project Director, handling project P&L, resource planning, and coordination of 3‑4 projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong business development and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.
• Experience with contract administration and negotiation.
