Vice President, International Business – AMEA

About the role

The International Regional Vice President (RVP) for Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) leads Domino’s growth across a diverse portfolio of 30 countries. Reporting to global leadership, the RVP drives store expansion, same‑store sales growth and ensures franchise partners operate profitably and in compliance with the Master Franchise Agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver annual budget targets for new store openings and same‑store sales growth across the AMEA region.
• Control expenses, maintain receivables, and ensure financial performance aligns with budgeted levels.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to create tailored operating plans for Master Franchisees based on regional priorities.
• Influence Master Franchisees’ strategic plans to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews using the business assessment tool to identify opportunities and share best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with all Master Franchisees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with Business Consultants and COEs.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with extensive experience managing multi‑country franchise operations.
• Proven track record of meeting budgetary and growth targets in a fast‑moving consumer service environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including expense control and receivables management.
• Excellent influencing and relationship‑building skills with senior franchise partners.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global support teams and adapt plans to regional needs.
