Vice President, International Business

About the role

Domino’s is seeking a Vice President of International Business to lead its Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. The role oversees business performance, franchise relationships and growth across 30 countries, driving store openings and same‑store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver annual budget targets for store openings and same‑store sales growth in the AMEA region.
• Control expenses, keep receivables current and ensure Master Franchisees are capitalized and compliant with the Master Franchise Agreement.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to develop tailored operating plans and influence franchise partners’ strategic plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews, use assessment tools to identify opportunities and share best practices across markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with Master Franchisees, coordinating communications and engagements between Domino’s and its partners.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with responsibility for business performance and franchise relationships.
• Experience managing multi‑country operations, particularly in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
• Proven ability to meet budgetary targets, control costs and drive profitable growth.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal centers of excellence and external franchise partners.
