Vice President / Senior Director, Sales – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, commercially‑driven sales leader to head the APAC region for our Network Deployment & Operations (ND&O) business unit. The role will drive regional growth, deepen executive customer relationships, and expand market presence across telecom, cloud, and data‑center ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC commercial strategy, delivering bookings, revenue growth, and pipeline development.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans aligned with global priorities and emerging opportunities in data‑center, fiber, and high‑speed transport markets.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with telecom operators, hyperscalers, cloud providers, and strategic enterprise accounts.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder commercial engagements from early opportunity through negotiation and long‑term expansion.
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing regional sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to align market needs with product strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in APAC, preferably within telecom, cloud, or data‑center sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong executive presence with a track record of building strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent strategic planning, forecasting, and account‑management capabilities.
