VIP Supervisor (Executive Lounge)

About the role

The VIP Supervisor for the Executive Lounge ensures a seamless, high‑end experience for guests, handling check‑in procedures, room allocations and lounge services. You will act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, coordinating their needs and maintaining the lounge’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise group check‑in and pre‑registration, manage walk‑in sales without prior reservations.
• Monitor room inventory, identify over‑bookings and secure alternative accommodations.
• Perform duplicate reservation checks, block rooms in the system and generate daily reports.
• Provide guests with directions, information and arrange transportation.
• Issue safe‑deposit boxes, handle cash, vouchers and all payment types.
• Maintain Executive Lounge presentation, restock food, prepare drinks and refresh cutlery and napkins.
• Support and coach team members, uphold company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation software.
• Excellent guest service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prepare both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
