VP Customer Operations – APAC

About the role

The VP Customer Operations – APAC will lead the regional Customer Operations function for our Civil Aerospace aftermarket business, based in Singapore. Reporting to the SVP Customer – Global Operations, the role is responsible for managing key airline relationships, ensuring fleet health, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage senior airline stakeholders, up to CEOs, to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to fleet health through close integration with overhaul bases and planning teams.
• Lead the Experience Excellence transformation to elevate aftermarket service delivery.
• Build and develop a high‑performance regional team of Customer Operations managers and airline support staff.
• Represent the region on the Customer Regional Senior Leadership team and engage with external MRO and aviation bodies.
