VP of Product, B2B Wealth Platform

About the role

Arta Finance is building an AI-powered wealth platform that gives banks, digital banks and financial platforms access to institutional-grade investment products and portfolio insights via APIs. It is looking for a strategic, execution-oriented VP of Product Management to lead the global evolution of its institutional wealth platform, defining its long-term vision and strategy while driving execution across partner deployments, platform capabilities and investment workflows. The role reports to the Singapore CEO and works closely with the VP of Engineering and the Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Own the B2B Wealth Platform roadmap, balancing long-term vision with partner and market needs, and identify opportunities in wealth infrastructure, AI-enabled advisory and institutional investing.
• Translate complex investment workflows into software: portfolio construction and analytics, investment product distribution, portfolio reporting, trading and order workflows, and advisor and client dashboards.
• Lead the development of API-driven infrastructure that integrates with digital banking apps, core banking systems and wealth platforms.
• Partner with engineers and AI researchers to turn business needs into product specifications and guide architectural and platform design decisions.
• Serve as a senior product leader for institutional partners, shaping joint initiatives and integration strategies while keeping the platform scalable.
• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, design, AI and business teams, and define success metrics.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience across engineering, product management and platform leadership, owning large-scale financial or technology platforms.
• Proven ability to define product vision, influence executives and lead complex platform evolution.
• Experience working with UI/UX teams and building product operating models in high-growth environments.
• Fintech or wealth platform experience; strong domain knowledge in wealth management, investment platforms or financial infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience building products such as digital wealth platforms, portfolio management systems, investment data platforms and fintech infrastructure products.
