Wafer Fab Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

The Wafer Fab Operator is responsible for delivering high‑quality wafers in a cleanroom environment. You will operate a range of semiconductor equipment, manage daily production activities, and ensure strict adherence to safety and SOP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various wafer fabrication equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform machine setups, wafer handling, and test wafer management tasks.
• Track equipment capacity and adjust operations to meet daily goals.
• Maintain cleanroom housekeeping and enforce safety practices.
• Identify potential hazards and collaborate with Manufacturing Technicians and Engineers on solutions.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in semiconductor or related manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating or permanent shifts.
• Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
