Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support our logistics operations. The role involves receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting daily material movements using SAP and warehouse equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and store physical goods against purchase and delivery orders.
• Support daily collection and issuing of items to respective work owners.
• Execute SAP transactions for material management, including GI/GR updates.
• Perform cycle counting, stock‑take activities and regular inventory audits.
• Sort, label and store products in designated locations; stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate forklift safely and follow up on forklift maintenance.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience with SAP data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and general computer data entry.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferably holds a forklift licence and has forklift operating experience.
• Possess NITEC/GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse management.
