About the role

Join BullionStar, Singapore’s leading precious metals dealer, as a Warehouse Assistant. This hands‑on role involves handling gold, silver and platinum in a secure vault environment, ensuring every item is counted, recorded and moved with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, verify quantities against paperwork and store items in designated vault locations.
• Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed records for each precious metal item.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders while double‑checking product accuracy.
• Assist with cash handling and basic authenticity testing of gold and silver.
• Maintain the showroom displays to uphold the brand’s premium image.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stay on feet, lift and move heavy items throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to zero‑error handling.
• Reliability and punctuality in a fast‑paced, high‑value environment.

Required skills

• Inventory counting and record‑keeping.
• Basic cash handling.

• Competitive salary of SGD 2,000–3,000 per month (dependent on experience).
