Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team on Jurong Island. The role involves handling the full flow of goods, from receiving to dispatch, supporting both B2B and B2C operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound shipping and returns.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately for all transactions.
• Perform basic reporting and operational tracking using Excel.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers and forklifts.
• Lift and move cargo up to 20 kg as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment.
• Support teammates, train new staff and meet performance targets set by supervisors.

Required profile

• Prior experience in end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and basic Excel skills.
• Ability to safely lift and handle cargo up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
• Reliable, disciplined and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-moving logistics environment.
