Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to support our Supply Chain and Production teams. The role ensures physical stock levels match system records through regular cycle counts and oversees day‑to‑day warehouse activities. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory and enabling timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks, verify deliveries and prepare orders for dispatch, requiring physical fitness.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe, removing hazards and maintaining compliance standards.
• Organise shelves, manage receiving and dispatch activities, and coordinate shipping to meet delivery timelines.
• Conduct routine cycle counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and report variances between physical stock and system data.
• Enter accurate data into inventory systems and support internal and external audits.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and work with Customer Service, shipping and management to improve processes.

Required skills

• Valid Forklift Driving Licence.
• Comfortable using inventory management systems and performing accurate data entry.
