Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Woodlands facility. You will coordinate warehouse, logistics, and production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing operations.
• Manage manpower allocation, task assignment, shift handover and daily workflow planning.
• Monitor operational targets, productivity, quality, safety and overall team performance.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, receiving, dispatch, picking, packing, stock movement, assembly or production activities as required.
• Conduct daily briefings, operational updates and performance reporting.
• Ensure goods, materials or production output are handled accurately according to SOPs.
• Support inventory checks, stock accuracy, cycle counts, documentation and system updates.

Required profile

• Experience in supervising warehouse, logistics or production teams.
• Strong ability to plan, allocate resources and manage shift handovers.
• Good understanding of operational targets, quality and safety standards.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy and documentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and logistics.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cycle counting processes.
