Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics operations at our Woodlands facility. The role involves coordinating daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring smooth flow of goods and production output.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing operations.
• Allocate manpower, assign tasks, manage shift handovers and plan daily workflow.
• Monitor operational targets, productivity, quality, safety and overall team performance.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, receiving, dispatch, picking, packing, stock movement and assembly as required.
• Conduct daily briefings, provide operational updates and generate performance reports.
• Ensure goods, materials and production output are handled accurately according to SOPs.
• Support inventory checks, stock accuracy, cycle counts, documentation and system updates.
• Train, guide and support team members to maintain high standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising warehouse, logistics or production teams.
• Strong ability to plan, organise and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills for briefings and reporting.
