Warehouse Operation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operation Executive to join our Tampines facility. The role involves handling inbound and outbound transactions, coordinating daily warehouse activities and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound transactions using SAP and the in‑house Warehouse Management System.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform picking, packing and quality checking activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and update system records.
• Support stock‑take and cycle‑count activities as required.
• Liaise with the operations team to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in resolving operational and system‑related issues.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Manager and handle ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Available to work 5 days a week.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,700 per month.
