Warehouse Operations Executive (Coldroom)

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Executive will oversee inventory and daily warehouse activities within a temperature‑controlled coldroom environment. You will ensure accurate stock records, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintain a safe, compliant storage facility.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate inventory lists to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Receive and dispatch goods, verifying stock movements for accuracy.
• Cross‑check purchase orders against stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate timely distribution of goods.
• Arrange maintenance and repairs of the coldroom to ensure operational readiness.
• Enter data into the inventory database and keep transaction records up‑to‑date.
• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.
• Enforce Occupational Health & Safety protocols within the facility.
• Calculate storage and clearance costs to manage expenses.
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices for accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a coldroom environment.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
• Willingness to work shift patterns to support operational hours.
• Physical ability to handle loads up to 20 kg safely.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic Mandarin speaking ability.
