Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations for our Korean & Japanese food production facility in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity, quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing activities.
• Allocate manpower, assign tasks, manage shift handovers and plan daily workflow.
• Monitor operational targets, productivity, quality, safety and overall team performance.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, receiving, dispatch, picking, packing, stock movement and assembly as required.
• Conduct daily briefings, provide operational updates and generate performance reports.
• Ensure accurate handling of goods, materials or production output in line with SOPs.
• Support inventory checks, stock accuracy, cycle counts and related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong ability to plan, organise and allocate resources effectively.
• Good understanding of safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Excellent communication skills for briefings and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
