Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse, logistics and production activities at our Singapore facility. You will ensure smooth workflow, high productivity and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing operations, including inbound/outbound, receiving, dispatch, picking, packing and stock movement.
• Allocate manpower, assign tasks, manage shift handovers and plan daily workflow.
• Monitor operational targets, productivity, quality, safety and overall team performance.
• Conduct daily briefings, provide operational updates and generate performance reports.
• Ensure accurate handling of goods, materials and production output according to SOPs.
• Support inventory checks, cycle counts, documentation and system updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or production teams.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to monitor and improve operational metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for briefings and reporting.
