About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to support our Singapore hub, handling the flow of essential‑oil and aroma‑chemical samples for the Flavors & Fragrances market. The role is based on‑site and involves coordinating shipments, receiving goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and ship product samples to customers following internal procedures.
- Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
- Pick and pack items to fulfill customer orders.
- Assist with monthly stock counts and inventory control activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse that complies with safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum ‘N’ Level (Technical or Academic) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Valid Forklift License.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
