Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Singapore warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory handling, and a safe working environment while coordinating with internal teams and transport partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse assistants and forklift operators.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock movement.
• Conduct regular stock checks, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure workplace safety, enforce SOPs and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and transport providers to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and standard warehouse processes.

Required skills

• Forklift license (or ability to operate a forklift).
• Experience using inventory management systems.
