Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a dedicated section of our Tuas warehouse, ensuring daily operations meet customer expectations and internal performance targets. You will coordinate a fast‑paced environment, drive continuous improvements, and uphold safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Lead improvement projects that enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with customers to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures.
• Plan and allocate manpower to match workload demands.
• Promote a positive, safety‑focused work environment.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Prepare operational updates and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily warehouse activities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and operational procedures.
