Warehouse Supervisor – Jurong Island

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily operations of the warehouse supporting an EPC power‑plant project on Jurong Island. You will ensure construction materials are stored, tracked and dispatched efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control day‑to‑day inventory and all warehouse processes for construction materials.
• Oversee timely and accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Supervise a team of about 10 staff, handling scheduling, training and performance management.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction and site‑logistics teams to resolve material flow issues.
• Continuously review and improve warehouse procedures, SOPs and traceability systems.

Required profile

• Must be able to work on Jurong Island.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably within construction, engineering or EPC projects.
• Strong leadership with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
