Watch Repair Technician

About the role

Casio South East Asia is seeking a dedicated Watch Repair Technician to join its Singapore service team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Casio timepieces, ensuring each watch meets the brand’s performance and aesthetic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical and digital watches.
• Replace faulty components, calibrate movements, and perform functional testing.
• Document service records and maintain accurate repair logs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with customer service to provide timely updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in appliance or precision device repair.
• Proven problem‑solving ability for troubleshooting and diagnosing faults.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Effective communication skills to explain findings and manage customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adhering to safety and quality standards.
