Wholesaler Key Account Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Wholesaler Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with our wholesale partners in Singapore. The role focuses on strategic account planning, business development and delivering profitable results within the wholesale channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand presence within assigned wholesale accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key wholesaler partners, conducting regular joint business planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and upselling potential within existing accounts.
• Accurately forecast monthly demand and ensure timely claims processing.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and finance teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximise profitability while preserving partner relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in wholesale or key account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategic plans.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
