Workday Consultant / Senior Consultant - Record-to-Report

About the role

Strada, a provider of people, payroll and technology solutions for international workforce management, is hiring a Workday Consultant (also called Track Lead or Track Consultant) for its Record-to-Report track. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert and solution architect, leading small to large client projects from start to finish while managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in your track, sharing knowledge and mentoring new team members
• Solve problems and act as a solution architect, covering touch points such as receipt accrual, banking and prepayment
• Understand how Workday products integrate with core Workday Finance
• Maintain strong client relationships and a high standard of client service
• Lead projects for small to large clients across multiple concurrent projects, using Strada's quality standards and consulting methodology
• Manage the team's work to scope, timeline, risk and budget, coordinating with project management or other leads
• Keep up to date with the latest tools and techniques in your area

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional expertise
• Experience deploying Workday solutions in your designated area
• Ability to manage project planning in your functional area without support
• Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without visa sponsorship

Required skills

• Translating business requirements into system requirements
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, with experience in projects or in a finance function
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Stakeholder management, teamwork and self-management
